Tri Township Dust Control Regulation
As of October 23, 2012: If an application to the county for an approach off Tri Township roads results in high volume traffic for area residents, the applicant is responsible for dust control as per county recommendation.

Pursuant to the NDCC 24-07-04 an organized Township has jurisdiction over opening, changing and closing a highway upon a section line right of way within the township.
